virus ?

j ai installe un logiciel (rm to mp3 converter) et depuis il a ferme avast
antirus et je ne puis plus l ouvrir.
il me dit qu avast n est pas une application win32 valide de meme que spybot
et ccleaner
que faire
merci d avance pour votre aide

i installed rm to mp3 converter and since i cannot open avast anymore
it says that avast isn t a win32 valid application as spybot and ccleaner
most of online antiviruses can t find a virus
but each time i restart my computer it doesn t load avast and spybot.....
please help !!!!

Thanx for posting in English.

I doubt this is a virus but probably a trojan.
The question is... Where did you obtain thus so-called .RM to .MP3 file format converter
?
