| Unfortunately still on dial-up. I fixed the problem. It had
| something to do with outpost firewall. I uninstalled it and the
| reinstalled the program and now everything is fine.

| I think what happen is when I restored the computer last week, the
| files of outpost did not restore correctly. Some files became
| corrupted and some how blocked login.live.com which also blocks msn
| instant messenger. Ironically at the same time, some people were
| having problems connecting to msn instant messenger.
