Screen Saver Timeout

I have terminal server that appears to have a screensaver being enabled
through the users desktop policy.

We have the desktop policy set to lock after 10 minutes.
When they are logged into TS, both sessions will lock.
The local desktop and the TS desktop. They are not disconnected.

I have the TS screen saver disabled through group policy but the screensaver
still starts after 10 minutes.

Is there a way to prevent the desktop sreen saver policy from being applied
to the TS Session?

Jeff - yes, you can use for this purpose Loopback Group Policy processing
in the replace mode. For more info, refer to

Thanks, for the quick responce.
If I understand this correctly, I enable loopback processing on my TS GPO
and if it is linked to the same OU as my users, the screensaver on the TS
session will be disabled but will still be enabeld on the local user desktop?

Not really familiar with loopback processing yet.

No, the TS GPO must be linked to the OU which contains the Terminal
Server, *not* the user accounts.
