Thumbnails become smaller until refreshed

[Bob the confused!]

I am running XP Pro SP3 and I am having issues with thumbnails in folders
that I have to refresh to get them back to the size I want them to be. I have
read most of the posts about thumbnails and have insured that I am not having
any of those issues. I have recently reformatted the hard drive and reloaded
windows on it. I did not have had the problem before I reformatted the drive.

Hi,

Delete thumbs.db then go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
