Windows explorer crash when I cluse 'my computer'

Since few hours ago when I open my computer folder and then close it
(either click on X or file close option) I will get Windows explorer
error and I can still work but some features are slow or non available
I have Tablet XP on Samsung Q1

Issue resolved, found the problematic shell and disabled it, used
shexview.exe and disabled all non MS shells till I found the one
In my case it was Free Download Manager
