2003 server sp2 serverice not starting

Have a 2003 server with sp2. Several services are set as startup type
automatic; however they don't get started. Would appreciate any suggestions.
These are the services:
Fax
FileZilla Server FTP Server
GFI List Server
Message Queuing
NVIDIA Display Driver Service
Performance Logs and Alerts
VNC Server Version 4
