Voice To Text Freeware

Hi:

Does anyone have any recommendations for the best "Voice To Text"
freeware? I am trying to find this software for a person that has physical
restrictions.

Xandros,

That application -- Sayz Me 0.5 -- is a text-to-speech application.

I believe the OP is looking for a speech-to-text utility.
