Windows 7 Win7 Starter and VPN

Hello, I purchased a netbook with Win7 Starter installed. After I have done the initial setup, I tried to set up a PPTP VPN connection to my workplace. I don't see any way of configuring a PPTP VPN connection!!!

What can I do? Is there a module that I can install to enable the Starter to be able to PPTP?
