How do you force the location sensors to be enabled using Group Policy ?

I want to force enable all sensors on every domain computers in the domain, there is only a group policy to force disable the sensors not enable them, so how do you do that ? I wrote a small piece of software that will send us the location of every devices
every 30 secs so we can see in realtime every device on a maps.
