after recent win10 update to 1709, i started to c these weird stuffs on my pc:

this log shown in the event log quite frequently
and i getting a prompt i never saw b4, about my disk is running out of space, but it's not true.
is this a new "feature" from win10 1709 update?
whatever it is doing, its is showing negative effect
