how to rid my computer of this popup saying microsoft warning alert, malicious pornographic spyware/riskware detacted

How do I keep this from repeatedly happening. It is only on Internet Explorer. I ran Windows safety scan and none of my files are infected. I can only get rid of it by shutting off my computer.
