Is there a fix for Windows 10 1803 not creating cookies, unless the user is set as local administrator.
Not set to delete files when closing IE 11, issue occurs in all browsers, Chrome, IE 11, and Edge. No cookies are created in the C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache folder even though other files are being saved there.
