I have an odd problem with the task scheduler. I have a Windows 10 Enterprise computer connected to my office's domain. My user name on the domain (I'll use a fake name) is Myself. This account is a local Administrator, but not a domain Administrator. I have a local account on the computer that is also named Myself. I have a number of tasks I run at log on as well as a few that I execute manually at my choosing. I have set these tasks to only run when the user is logged in and have set them to my domain user (because these tasks are only valid when logged into my domain account).
The odd part occurs when I edit the task. It defaults the user back to the local Myself account. I keep running my tasks after editing them only to realize I forgot to fix the user when editing and thus the task history shows that the conditions were not met. I don't know if this is due to the account names being the same or something to do with the user being a domain user. I have not done any investigation to see if other domain accounts also do this as I don't have rights to create another domain user on this network.
