Windows 7 Unexpected Shutdown (Bluescreen)

Hello, so I have had this issue twice today. Initially in the wee hours in the morning for I left my computer running, mining bitcoins. Then later this evening playing fear 3. Neither should have stressed out my computer enough to cause it to shutdown. Although both tasks do require quite a lot of resources.
