Windows 10 How does Windows Software Raid Interact with new Installs

Hello,

I am moving into a new PC that I am building soon and I was wondering how 2 of my data Hard Drives (They are in a Windows Mirror), would react to a new installation of Windows. Would they go in with no problems? Would I need to reformat them and setup the mirror again? Or would I be better off Cloning my OS drive as I got a bigger one to use?

Any help is appreciated.
