Windows 10 Windows 10 Machines Not Getting Group Policy from Windows Server 2012r2

Greetings Everyone!

We are trying to deploy Windows 10 PC's and laptops in a Server 2012r2 domain. I have configured the Windows 10 objects in Group Policy along with the polices. The policies are enabled. I have configured the Windows 10 object in Active Directory. I joined one new PC and laptop to the domain and they are not getting group policy.

I have searched on Google and tried the UNC registry edit with changing the hardened paths to "0", did a reboot no change.

Any ideas?
