I logged in this morning to find Windows 10 had ran updates last night, I found my link to Active Directory Users and Computers (dsa.msc) was broken and the file removed. I went into Control Panel to add it back in through "Turn Windows features on or off" but found RSAT was completely removed. I contacted Microsoft Tier 1 Chat support (Roland G) and was told

"Roland G: Okay and I would like to inform you that remote desktop services is no longer available in Windows 10.

Roland G: It will not work in windows 10

Me: remote server manager services?

Roland G: Yes"

In disbelief I continued searching online, going back to the RSAT download page (Download Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10 from Official Microsoft Download Center) I found it lists windows 10 as being supported (Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10 can be installed ONLY on computers that are running the full release of Windows 10 Professional, Windows 10 Enterprise, or Windows 10 Education. ) so I downloaded and installed it again. Now everything is back to normal. I hope this saves someone some time!
