Hi Team,
I have raised this with Microsoft Office support and they have advised it is Windows issue and couldn't help me.
I've done some forum checking, however, could not find an answer that works.
When trying to preview with Excel it says: This file cannot be previewed.
I have checked the preview handlers and they appear to be correct.
When I preview with Word it says: Word advises word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable
I have checked the temp folder, the temp folder in the registry and increased the cache file size in internet explorer
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it does not work. This is the last thing holding an SOE deployment and it's quite frustrating.
Any help would be fantastic.
