At a customer where they have chosen to redirect the Desktop to OneDrive via Folder redirection GPO setting, the Desktop is redirected to %OneDrive%\Profile\Dekstop – (Ie; C:\Users\<UserName>\OneDrive\Profile\Desktop)
The users are unable to delete folders created on the Desktop when they do it directly via the ‘Desktop’, (They are able to delete files!)
The user can successful delete the folder if it’s done via File Explorer.
I have tested via PowerShell where I receive: Remove-Item C:\Users\<UserName>\OneDrive\Profile\Desktop\<Folder>\ is an NFTS junction point. Use the Force parameter to delete or modify this object. Adding -Force will delete the folder.
Has anyone seen this behaviour? Running Windows 10 1709 and OneDrive 18.212.1021.0008
