I noticed a strange behavior change in windows 10 recently and it is strangely annoying.
When I wake my computer (from monitor off mode, or computer sleep, or on my laptop from hibernate) all of the outlook emails that have come in since I last used the computer seem to pop up one at a time in the notifications section (bottom right corner of the primary monitor)
This did not used to be the behavior and it is quite annoying as it makes a sound and one by one each one pops up.
The behavior that I remember (and would realy like back) is for it only to pop up notifications for Outlook emails as they arrive. if the monitor is off when that happens then it should not bother as I have likely already seen it on another device, or will see it since standard practice when opening outlook on a computer that has just woken up would be to take a look at all the email that has come in since I last checked email (on any device)
when I searched for anyone else having the same issue I didn't find anything. but I also saw the same behavior on a clients computer today and it confirmed that I am not the only one experiencing this.
any information would be helpful especially how to get back the previous experience. This tool is handy when I am working on the computer and new mail arrives as I can quickly get a feel for if it is important or not. I would hate to have to disable the feature, but the way it works now I will likely do just that.
