Windows 10 Disallow delete the files by the owner of the file

Hi,

Can I disallow the user who created the file (or owner of the file) on the shared folder from deleting his files? When I give "deny delete the file and subfolder" permission, then the user cannot create a file on that shared folder or even cannot write on the file and save that document anymore. Any idea?
