Although my laptop was working fine a few days ago (although i did trip and drop my laptop and that injured the screen but was easily fixed and i dont think that a physical problem could harm the contents and data of the laptop) it started to act wierd as i wasnt able to delete or modify any files but it seemed to only be things that were related to programs e.g. shortcuts. I found this extremely wierd and had googled for research and tried multiple solutions but when i try to become a admin i am not able to as i dont have enough elevation. In the Advanced Security Settings for Local Disk the current owner is named "TrustedInstaller" and my account is in the "Change owner to" list but when i click the Edit button an error saying "The Requested Operation requires elevation". I cannot even create a repair disk as i need admin rights to do that. Also the Command Prompt says i am a Guest when i use "net user NAME". Help would be appreciated :)
