Windows 10 M365 E3 Win 10 Pro upgrade to Ent

Hi There

I have a few machines that i have recently imaged with a Win 10 Pro license

I am on a hybrid network, the users of the machine have been assigned the M365 E3 license on our O365 Admin portal

This was never an issue as the upgrade was seamless. Only happened since last week, machine are still sitting on Pro waiting

My question is, how long does it take for the Win 10 Pro to seamlessly upgrade itself to Ent?
