Dear All,
we have many issues with RDP sessions.
Often, when a user connects to a remote PC with RDP, it get a black screen and he can't do anything.
At that point, if you try to connect locally to the remote PC, you have the same issue and you only see the mouse cursor move.
The only way to fix this, is to manually reset the PC with the power button.
This happens even if you try to connect from the RDP mobile appp to a Windows 10 PC.
Sometimes you can bypass the problem disabling bitmap caching in the RDP client, but it doesn't always work.
All PCs are running Windows 10 Pro 1803 build 17134.532
Do you have any suggestion?
Is almost 1 year that we have this problem and I can't believe that Mcirosoft doesn't release any fix.
Thanks
