Hi I'm hoping someone can help me, since the 29/01/2019 I've not been able to down load any antivirus or any other Windows 10 updates.
In my update history the last definition installed was KB 2267602 (1.285.463.0) since then definition KB2267602 (1.285.463.0) failed on the 30/01/2019 (Error Code: 0x802400b, My last attempt to down load this was 03/02/2019 and KB2267602 (1.285.492.0) it stated. Definition Update for Windows Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Definition 1.285.492.0) Status: Downloading - 0%
I've read on a forum that Microsoft know about this and it seems to be a global problem but I'm at a loss, I now have 3 laptop's that wont update antivirus etc and 1 laptop that I've not touched yet. I'm not tech minded so I need either Microsoft update Catalogue down load or will it clear with a cumulative update assuming it will down load? Or do I wait for Microsoft to sort it out? Are Microsoft likely to sort it out?
