So let me start from the beginning.
Photo viewer worked. After 2 hours I tried to reuse it again. Kept crashing after trying to go to next photo. For watching videos it seems to work without a problem.
I have tried everything that others have tried online who have fixed the problem but nothing seems to work.
I first troubleshooted the Windows Store Apps and got this error, "Hanging or crashing apps - Not Fixed" There was a subsection that had this written "Reset hanging or crashing apps - Completed". I went online to find answers.
I first started with updating Windows. No luck.
I tried to re-register and re-install it using powershell. No luck.
I also uninstalled it from powershell then re-installed from Microsoft App store. Again... No luck.
Deleted all %temp% files. but again no luck.
When I go into task manager and look for the Photo Viewer process, there is this green leaf to the left that when hovering over it with mouse I get this dialog "This UMP Process group is suspending processes to improve system performance." These green leafs seem to show up at all Microsoft App processes. So I'm guessing that it may have to do with the processor shutting off these processes to give more power to another process.
At this point I don't know what to do. Should I be looking for another app to use or a full windows 10 re-install?
Is there anything else that I can do??
