Hello,
I've been trying to repair the Component Store, or whatever is broken about it, using every method I can find online. The symptom that it is broken is that I cannot change Windows Features, the box with options remains blank. Thus I cannot update Windows or use Hyper-V - which my processor supports. Solutions that haven't worked:
In-place upgrade failed with the error "We couldn't install windows 10 0x8007001F - 0x20006 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation", SetupDiag reports:
Matching Profile found: OptionalComponentFailedToGetOCsFromPackage - D012E2A2-99D8-4A8C-BBB2-088B92083D78

Recommend you check the "Windows Modules Installer" service (Trusted Installer) is started on the system and set to automatic start, reboot and try the update again. Optionally, you can check the status of optional components on the system (search for Windows Features), uninstall any unneeded optional components, reboot and try the update again.
Refer to "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-by-using-the-dism-or-system-update-readiness" for possible remediation information.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess with or without uppercase "wim", also using .esd file. The install.esd is from a .iso created by the Media Creation Tool for 1809, I also tried the extracted version as install.wim. I tried the same with a "pure" .iso for 1709 and 1809 from HeiDoc.net, as well as a one for my specific current build - Windows 10 Pro 1709 16299.611 English (United States) - from UUPDump.ml.
DISM goes as far as:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.16299.15
Image Version: 10.0.16299.611

With the relevant dump from CBS.log: [Bash] DISM Results - Pastebin.com
sfc /scannow reports no problems:
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Are there any avenues left to try other than installing Windows from scratch? I've been trying to avoid that for some weeks now, but I can't seem to get DISM to repair the 138 corrupted items.
