Windows 10 DPC latency after install Visual studio .NET framework

Hello,

First of all, you won't understand ****s about my issue without image and link, so i appology firstly but i don't have verified accound.

I post here the issued i posted on microsoft anwsers because Vijay, an Independent Advisor tell me to do that to increace my chances to have anwser so that's it.

I have a problem with sound on my windows 10 (64bit)


Here is a video showing the problem: video

As you can see, the sounds sometimes jump, it is more and more present, even on my other devices (the sounds that pass through a cable jack, a usb headset, my screens (in hdmi as in displayport)) as well as on all software (VLC, Spotify, Navigator)

This problem occurred after installing the required dependencies on visual studio 2017. The individual components are as follows:

I have tried all the solutions available here and all pages from here


I also posed my problem on the Microsoft discord community, but no solution.

I installed these dependencies originally to compile unreal engine4 following this tutorial

That's why I also posted my question on this forum
