I could not activate my KMS license and prompt up the activation key already in used. Then, I do the troubleshooting, and it prompt "We found a windows 10 pro digital license for this device running windows 10 pro for workstations." and option "Upgrade your edition of windows" is the only option.
If I choose to upgrade, it will activate my windows using Retail which is previously installed instead of my KMS license.
Below is the description for my KMS key from VAMT:
Question is, why cant i activate my windows using my KMS license?
Is it because of my hardware? I am using Optiplex 7010.
