Hi,
I heard that for a windows server 2003 the remote desktop for administration
and offline file option are mutually exclusive. Does this mean for a file
server that holds users home directories where offline file option is
desirable we can't remotely logon to it for administrative purpose?
Thanks in advance,

No, not in the sense you seem to mean.
