Please Help! My HP laptop has been frequently shutting down or frozen by its own throughout of all this week. Every time I start to boot it up, it always goes into automatic repair loop. I used to have this problem before but I fix it last time with command prompt. When automatic repair failed it is normal for a blue screen to pop up with the options: continue to windows 10, troubleshoot and turn off your PC. Now it doesn't display the option to continue to windows 10. It only has two options: troubleshoot and turn off your PC. I've tried everything. Now after the failure of automatic repair, it loads me to a choose your keyboard screen then to advanced options. So weird. Again I don't have the option to continue to windows 10 normally. My laptop is stuck in this loop, I tried to system restore and command prompt but it didn't work. Is there any other way to fix this?
