Windows 10 Clipboard always pastes a specific location on the computer, no matter how many times I copy something different

I received this laptop as a prize for playing in the ASUS ROG Join the Republic Challenge 2018 from December to January. It came ready to use with Windows 10. I have only begun using it recently, and I am very pleased with the overall product. I have recently begun switching to many of the Microsoft utilities (Calendar, Mail for Windows 10, etc.) and must commend the designers on such an aesthetically pleasing service.

However, I have run into one problem - and a pretty sizeable one, at that. The clipboard seems to only have one item on it, no matter how many times I try to overwrite it. This is what comes out:

C:\Users\(USER)\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2019-03-01--14-36-14_.dmp

I would assume that whatever is causing this automatically copies this file to the clipboard, and does it frequently. Any ideas for how to troubleshoot this?
