Windows 10 Windows 10 Version 1809 Black screen with blinking toolbar after logging into Domain User

I have about 15 computers with roaming profiles with a DC running Samba version 4.2. Logon works perfectly with Windows 7, Windows 10 (up to build 1803). However as soon as I logon with Windows 10 build 1809 I get a blinking taskbar, just like if the Windows Explorer was restarting in loop.

This doesn't happen with local users such as Administrator.


This issue doesn't happen on Windows 10 version 1803. Doing a rollback from version 1809 solves the issue too.
