Windows 10 Problem in using GetItemData of CtreeView in windows 10 1803 version

I am running my application which internally uses CtreeView on windows 10 1803, Visual Studio 2015.

GetItemData is always returning garbage value only on 1803 version. For rest other windows 10 versions like 1809, application is running smoothly..

Any update on this?
