Windows 10 How can I block websites on Microsoft Edge Windows 10 laptop - as I can't uninstall ME or remove the icon from start menu.

My nine year old daughter's laptop is a Windows 10 hp laptop, with Microsoft Edge as the internet explorer.

I have installed Chrome as I can block websites easily on Chrome.

I have removed the ME icon from the task bar but I don't seem to be able to remove it from the start menu.

So my question is, how can I prevent my daughter from clicking on ME and accessing youtube/netflix/cartoonnetwork/roblox/animal farm and other sites?
