Hello Experts, I'm trouble-shooting a strange problem and need some help. Some users, when they sign into a shared desktop, their printers do not map correctly. I have noticed that when they log in, their profile folder that is created is called c:\users\username.DOMAIN and when I run gpupdate /force, the computer states "There other policies that need to be processed first, do you want to logoff Y/N?"

How can i start to trouble-shoot this issue? I looked through the event log, but cannot tell what is causing this problem. It only happens from time to time.
