Windows 10 Brand new Win 10 machine - We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later

Hi,


Brand new XPS 13 from Dell with Windows 10 Pro. We're setting this up off our domain and are linking it to a microsoft account instead. I went through the initial Welcome steps to enter my Microsoft account and everything worked fine. It then rebooted me to an actual Windows login screen and now I can't login.


I put in my email and password and just get an error saying: We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later.


I am connected to my network just fine as it let me do the initial setup steps without any issues. I tried wireless and hard wired with the same results.

Now I'm stuck at a login screen and can't do anything. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

The bottom left has an option for "Other User" which asks for my username and password and also has an option for just "Password" but that doesn't take my password either.
