Dear Sir/Madam,

I have posted this request before, but the problem has not been resolved yet - sorry for the repetition. For the past 3 months someone has been systematically erasing a particular Russian language message that I am posting (and, then re-posting) in my Skype chats with another contacts of mine. They have erased that Russian message 80 times already! Insane.

The Skype tech support is saying that they are investigating this issue, but it's been 3 months already (they changed already 4 tech support specialists for my case) and some hackers still have unlimited access to my Skype account, no matter what I do - change passwords, re-install Skype, etc.

I think this is terrible, since it manifests that Skype has huge problem with security and safety and that someone can simply easily read the messages and even modify them at his/her own will. This is terrible! What about other messaging systems - Viber, Whatsapp, etc.? Do they have similar messaging systems architectures? Or someone has access codes? I am not sure what to do next, but those ill-minded hackers or whoever they are keep harassing my Skype account (by deleting my messages there) and the Skype tech support (the higher level already) cannot still figure out what is going on.

Could it be someone inside the Skype service hacking me? Not sure what else to think.

Attaching the last screenshots of that Russian message before and after deletion by some external hackers, please.

Could someone give an advice on what to do next to stop this madness, please? Are there means to stop this continued and systematic hacking? Please, let me know.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Best,

Kostya.
