Windows 10 Windows 10 Start and taskbar with Group Policy Not Applied for all Users

Hello ,

we focused a problem related with Windows 10 Clients using a Customized Windows 10 Start and taskbar Menu with Group Policy.

for same Users the GPO applied but there is No changes in Start Menu , and same Users in Different Computers had same problem .

GPO is analyzed with Group Policy Analyzer and compared to Local Policies for Users with problem and Without Problem.

The Only change made before this problem was AD Migration from 2008 to 2012.

RSOP Result show the xml file is applied correctly .

Any Idea about similar problem ?
