Windows 10 1809 clipboard does not copy or paste to or from the start menu or edge. It works fine everywhere else.
I have run <g class="gr_ gr_121 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="121" id="121">chkdsk</g>, <g class="gr_ gr_136 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="136" id="136">dism</g>, get-app, <g class="gr_ gr_146 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="146" id="146">sfc</g>, tried "repairing" clipboard nothing works
Latest patches installed, everything works wonderfully on 1803 and older. Reload does not work either.
