Windows 7 Windows Explorer icon showing wrong on taskbar

For a couple of days now, I've noticed that my explorer icon when opened, shows the icon of the folder (or where I am currently i.e. My Computer) on my taskbar and it used to just show the libraries icon instead. I haven't done anything for it to ever do that and I have no idea how to fix it and restore it the way it was supposed to be. I was trying to find an answer on Google, but it yield no results as it seems like I'm the only one with that issue. What can I do without reinstalling my OS?
