I'm a developer in a project for private companies use.
Our application connects to a server right after install. Recently we found an unknown PC in the list of connections which disconnects after a few minutes. It's located on Azure and by hostname & googling we've found that it's a Windows Defender cloud sandbox for application analyzing.
The application (exe) is unique for different users as we make some option patches on download which is followed by signing with COMODO RSA Code Signing CA. As a result, most downloads trigger the 'unknown PC' to connect.
Is it possible to make Windows Defender trust our certificate or configure company local network to do so?
