Windows 10 Windows 10, 1809 and Daylight Saving Time 2019 Netherlands issue

Hi,

Seems there's an issue with 1809 and DST. At least for the Netherlands.

1809 Clients in our AD are logging in this morning with correct DST but after roughly one hour time is being set back for one hour.

This ONLY happens on 1809 build. Windows 10 1803, Server 2012R2/2016 have no issues.

Settings -> Time and Language has been set (and greyed out) to set time automatically. (Because of AD/NLA)

We found another 1809 bug?
