I am getting this error which I see in my Event Viewer on my Windows 8.1 machine. This error happens only once every time I restart or boot the computer. Can someone tell me what is causing this issue? I am not noticing any issues with my PC but just wondering what is this error caused by? I googled other people have the same problem but I cannot find a fix for this.

Error: 0xC0000011 Event ID: 2
