Windows 7 enterprise x64, in a corporate domain with multi-users, hangs up at 100% windows update configuration, on windows pre-start.
Actually the update is correctly terminated, simply windows does not refresh the screen.
"below" the windows update screen has actually arrived at the login screen, so that by pressing "ctrl+alt+del" this appears as usual but, until you press c+a+c, does not, the "update completed" remains on screen.
these are the updates made when the problem occurred, listed in order of installation (data taken from the windows event log). could it possibly be a known error of one of these "kb"?
1- KB4474419
2- KB4489878
3- KB4490628
4- KB4489873
sorry for my bad english: google translator helped me.
thanks in advance.
