Windows 10 Fingerprint is greyed out and unable to use Windows Hello feature on Domain Joined machine

I have tried all the options above mentioned and still the feature is disabled.Kindly help me to come out of the deadlock situation.

Have also attached the policy from Domain joined machine-Windows 10 x 64 bit (1809 Enterprise)

Have also attached the Domain Policy -Windows 2016 Server (Standard)

Still no luck in enabling on the domain Profile


GP reports: Both server and client
