We have recently noticed that the Ease of Access configuration setting "Play animations in Windows" is disabled on our Windows 10 1607 PC's. When this setting is disabled it prevent users from enabling animated emoticons in the Skype for Business client. I don't know when the change occurred, but it was brought to my attention today.
Is there GPO that can enable this setting?
Did a recent windows update disable it by default?
Are there other GPO that can cause it to be disabled?
We are in the middle of deploying Windows 10, so it's possible a tweak we made could have caused it to be disabled, but I haven't been able to find anything obvious.
