Windows 10 Windows 10 (Joined domain) stuck when restarting

Dear Support,

We find Windows 10 workstaion takes a long time to restart, but it resumed if it was disjoined from domain.
Model : Lenovo ThinkStation
OS : Windows 10 PRO (built number:1803)
Could you have idea why Windows 10 (Joined domain) stuck for a long time when restarting ?
