Windows 10 Third-party VPN client stops Internet connectivity in Windows 10

I am using Pulse Secure VPN client with Windows 10 1703. As soon as Pulse connection is established an exclamation appears on WiFi icon to depict no internet access although everything works fine but it deteriorates User experience.

Microsoft has a hotfix for Windows 7 to fix this behaviour (mentioned in the link below) however nothing for Windows 10.
