Have cd key on 2 copies of win 8.1 pro and one copy deleted (jump stick died). ???Need to repair computer??

One computer wouldn't install correctly when I upgraded from win 7 home to win 8.1 pro because of something to do with the Bios being a 32 bit and so I should have installed win 8 with 32 bit., and was able to use parts of the version, but, it wouldn't download, or couldn't download, couldn't do repairs, refresh, maintenance and problems with the policy not running, then couldn't run any applications it had, then tried to repair and said the path was wrong and windows couldn't be downloaded and the file was corrupt or that the file was no longer there, then said that I had no hard drive to boot from nor did I have an operating system.?????


Ok, and the other copy got lost, since my jump stick stopped working. Have the key, but, it dpesn't recognize it. Says that the key I enter in, doesn't work. Please help
